Return & Shipping Policy


Shipping & Delivery Policy:

All orders are shipped via DHL Express within the US and aboard.

Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship, and this is excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

7-10 Business Days Standard Shipping - US & International


Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned to the store, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items and this is not including shipping fees.

Please ensure you used the correct address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $10.00 standard shipping and handling fee.

Shopaholica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered.

How do I make a return?

  • To make a return submit your return request here with your email address and order number.

Can I get my money back?

  • For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. If an item is on SALE it cannot be returned. 

How many days do I have to make a return?

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

What items are returnable?

  • All apparel is returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging.
  • All items must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.
  • Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Shipping Fees
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

Are there any return fees?

  • Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
  • If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

  • Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
